Colonial Charm and Excellent Service
colonial charm friendly staff
I stayed for a few nights at the hotel. The decor was a delight. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The outdoor lap pool was a bonus after a day in the city. I also found the hotel is very near to the MRT.
Work starts early. My room window was feet away from a concrete wall. The room was very dark.

The Le Colonial Room included a king bed. The room contained all the required amenities. I found the room to be very spacious. It could easily accommodate our family.

The hotel gym has modern equipment. I enjoyed the outdoor lap pool after exploring the city. The pool provided a refreshing escape. It helped me cool off after a day of sightseeing.

The hotel offers an afternoon tea. I found it to be a good experience. It allowed us to relax. The Polo Bar staff were friendly and accommodating to my requests!!!

inconsistent stay, some issues present
small room loud beeping
the staffs was friendly and helpful and it's a good thing.
i booked a le colonial room. upon check-in, i was told i was being upgraded, the room i was given was like a downgrade. it had no window and only a small skylight and the room was also quite small, it felt claustrophobic. also, the dehumidifier outside my room beeped loudly and disrupted my stay.
